The client. A regulated specialist motor insurance broker.
The challenge. Mid-term adjustments, mostly vehicle changes, arrived by phone and email and could only be handled during office hours. Each case was time-consuming to read, check and retype by hand, and a driver changing vehicle on a Friday evening could not wait until the office reopened on Monday.
What we built. A guided vehicle-change portal that runs 24/7. The customer uploads a policy document and a photo of the registration plate, the key details are extracted and verified automatically, and the insurers receive a structured, audit-trailed request, with the broker kept in the loop throughout.
