Product and digital leadership at AIA, Prudential and Hang Seng Bank (HSBC Group), spanning insurance operations, distribution, e-commerce and customer experience, with award-winning platforms taken end to end: regulatory and operational design, build, UAT and live rollout. Creator of BEEP-ai and still hands-on, bridging strategy and working software.

Valerie Chua

Co-Founder & CSO

Business-transformation strategist and international market-development specialist with 20+ years helping organisations use technology to simplify complex operations and unlock growth, across InsurTech, FinTech, HealthTech and the public sector. She co-founded AIREKA to modernise insurance operations, and leads corporate strategy, ecosystem partnerships and growth, connecting insurers, brokers and technology providers to deliver solutions that are faster, smarter and more compliant. Our senior technical associates contribute to solution design and hands-on delivery. They bring experience in financial systems, enterprise applications, data integration and automation, helping turn operational requirements into working solutions.

Alex Wong

Senior Technical Associate

Alex brings more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise technology, including financial-system transformation for HKEX, the group behind Hong Kong’s stock exchange. His experience also spans The Link REIT and Housing Authority, combining business analysis, enterprise architecture and accounting-process expertise.

He has led Oracle finance-system migrations, cloud integration and the design and delivery of 80+ robotic process automations (RPA) using BluePrism, turning complex operational requirements into working systems.
